TUW-770, A Replacement for 3M™ Fluorinert™ FC-770 Electronic Fluorinated Fluid
TUW-770
Due to the chemical inertness of the perfluorinated liquid TUW-770, it can be used as a single-phase or two-phase coolant for supercomputer systems and sensitive military electronic components. Owing to its extremely high insulating property, it is suitable for cooling high-voltage transformers and high-power electronic components. In the semiconductor industry, TUW-770 is mainly used as a constant-temperature coolant in etching equipment, ion implantation equipment, and chemical vapor deposition (CVD) systems. Given its very low pour point, TUW-770 can be applied in thermal shock tests and various other testing scenarios.
