Product Features
- Excellent compatibility with other acrylic compounds
- Good hydrophobic and oleophobic properties for enhanced surface protection
- Outstanding anti-fouling performance, stains can be easily wiped off after coating
- High transparency, no negative impact on the optical performance of base materials
3. Product Usage & Curing Process
- Mixing Ratio: The solid content of UV-9200 in the acrylic hard coating is 1-5wt%, then stir thoroughly until the solution is homogeneous to ensure uniform dispersion.
- Curing Equipment: Conveyor-type metal halide lamp UV irradiation device with a lamp output power of 80W/cm.
- Post-Coating Treatment: After roll coating or spray coating, dry the substrate at 60-70℃ for 5-7 minutes to remove residual solvent.
- Irradiation Conditions: Curing under nitrogen atmosphere, with a cumulative UV energy of 800-1600mj/cm² to achieve complete cross-linking.
