Product Description :

Ionic liquid antistatic agent TUW-1084 is a colorless or light yellow transparent liquid, is a high-purity antistatic additive; has a fluorine-containing ionic liquid that does not contain saturated carbon; is easily soluble in organic solvents, and can be compatible with a variety of high-performance polymer systems, such as thermoplastic resins or thermosetting resins. The product has very low metal and halogen ion content, excellent optical transparency, suitable for electronic products such as displays and semiconductors; excellent thermal stability, low water content, very low volatility, easy to melt with high melting point engineering resins.

Product usage:
This product is used as an anti-static additive in thermosetting or thermoplastic resins. Usually, in thermosetting plastics, the antistatic agent TUW-1084 is dissolved in a mixture of monomers or oligomers before heating or photocuring; In thermoplastic materials, anti-static TUW-1084 is melted and mixed with resin in an extruder. In general, this product can effectively dissipate static electricity when it reaches 1-10w% of the final resin.
