TUW-1000 is designed for industrial indirect heat transfer systems operating under high
temperature conditions, such as:Petrochemical reactors Polymer extrusion equipment Textile

3.Performance Advantages
Wide temperature adaptability: From -35°C cold start to 380°C high-temperature

antioxidants, thermal decomposition rate is 80% lower than mineral oils at 380°C.
Service life: 8,000~12,000 hours (vs. 3,000~5,000 hours for conventional mineral oils).
Efficient heat transfer and energy saving: Low viscosity (6~8 mm²/s at 100°C) reduces
circulation pump power consumption. Heat transfer coefficient is 15%~20% higher than
similar products, cutting equipment energy consumption by 5%~8%.
Strong system protection: Contains metal passivators that form protective films on
pipe interiors, preventing oxidation corrosion. Low carbon residue reduces coking and
avoids local overheating damag
4.Storage and Transportation
Storage:The product should be stored in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated indoor
warehouse, away from fire and heat sources (temperature not exceeding 40°C). Protect
from direct sunlight to prevent oil oxidation. Storage containers should be tightly
sealed to prevent contamination by moisture and impurities. Different types of heat
transfer oils should not be stored together.
Transportation:During transportation, avoid severe collisions and impacts to prevent
container damage; strictly prohibit contact with open flames or high-temperature
objects; transport vehicles should be equipped with necessary fire-fighting equipment
and comply with relevant transportation regulations.
